2. Healthcare Provider Services

Curaloop facilitates connections between healthcare providers and patients. We do not provide medical services directly. All medical services are provided by independent healthcare professionals.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including health data. We comply with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare privacy laws.

5. Platform Rules

Users must not: (a) impersonate others, (b) provide false information, (c) engage in unauthorized access, (d) interfere with the platform's functionality, or (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Payment Terms

Healthcare providers set their own fees. Patients agree to pay all fees associated with services. Curaloop may charge service fees for platform usage. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

7. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled according to the healthcare provider's policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Curaloop is not liable for any damages arising from: (a) use of our services, (b) inability to access services, (c) third-party conduct, or (d) unauthorized access to your data.
